Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase so most items are eligible for return for an exchange or gift card.  Please email us at info@madisonmackenziehome.com for return and exchange instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In-Store Purchases: Items may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Online Purchases: Items may be returned within 21 days of original purchase date Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 
If approved, your return will be processed and an exchange provided or a gift card issued.

Only regular priced items or items less than 25% may be returned.  All items discounted 25% or more are considered clearance and cannot be exchanged or returned unless prior approval has been given. Fat Paint, Jewellery, Masks and Hand Sanitizer, Bath and Body items (ie. lotions, soap, etc), Bed Sheets and Furniture (includes mirrors) are not eligible for return. No exceptions.

If you live outside the St.John’s Metro region, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for any returns. If an item was purchased with our free freight program, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your return amount.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages
If you receive an item that has become damaged during shipping or is defective, we will replace it for the same item. Please send us an email at info@madisonmackenziehome.com and we will provide you with replacement instructions. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
